Absolutely loved working with Muffett. We had a complicated tour of Europe to complete with some very last minute needs (about 3 weeks before we departed), and she organized a brilliant trip that was well thought out, detailed, and precise. Muffett even hand delivered our tickets to our doorstep to avoid any delays or shipping fees. She answered every question immediately and thoroughly and was incredibly helpful from questions ranging from how do you find the taxi booth to how do you do laundry on a cruise? I had a minor complication during the actual trip, and Muffett responded immediately to help out. No other hitches during the entire vacation! Her follow-up was great.
