Kathryn is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her work! She helped plan our family trip to Italy this year and was spot on in her suggestions. Spain had not been on our bucket list, but the more we thought about it, the more appealing it sounded. Not knowing anything about the country and its tourist opportunities, we had to trust Muffett to guide us on making the most of this vacation. She suggested a package that turned out to be perfect for us. We spent three days each in Barcelona and Madrid. In each city, we had a combination of guided, half-day tours, followed by lots of free time to explore on our own. At both hotels – which exceeded my expectations – a host was available to arrange additional tours or just help us get around on our own. The tour company made airport and train transfers effortless. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and all were very friendly. Our trip would not have turned out so well without Muffett’s expertise with this vacation option, as well as her taking the time to get to know us and how we like to travel.
